So on a sunny winter day we wanted to try somewhere that was slightly different and that involved a little bit of a walk, well in January. So The Tea Rooms which is just near the entrance to Dublin Zoo was an ideal choice.
Based on Chesterfield Avenue and easly accessed by any of the tours buses this should be a must for anyone who love a little gem. I
As with all tourst traps in Dublin the prices are high but what you get is a great cup of joe and if you are lucky enough to get a seat inside its a great spot. The service is ok but here you are not paying for the service as its the experience of a Victorian tearoom and the view is what you come for.
The Coffee is good but I found that not being asked if I wanted my cappuccino smothered in chocolate dust a little off putting. Apart from that it was a plesent experience and I look forward to my next trip to The Tea Rooms.
